About Us
Ashland Educational Services is a nonprofit community-based organization located in the State of Illinois.
NOTICE REGARDING FORGED OR ALTERED DOCUMENTS
Ashland Educational Services will verify original official transcripts and other academic records directly with the issuing institutions and, when appropriate, with the relevant educational or regulatory authorities. This verification process may extend beyond the Agency’s standard processing period.
VERIFICATION AND CERTIFICATION PROCESS
As part of its Verification and Certification Services, the Agency will contact foreign educational institutions, government agencies, regulatory bodies, or other appropriate authorities to authenticate submitted documents.
Postsecondary coursework completed outside the 50 United States must be verified through qualified academic sources or competent educational authorities, such as the issuing institution or the relevant Ministry of Education.
Verification requirements and response times vary by country institution, and regulatory authority. Accordingly, the time required for document verification and certification is separate from, and is not included in, the stated turnaround time for a credential evaluation.
